Before you leave Acapulco, set some time aside to see the cliff divers at La Quabrada. This world famous diving exhibition is just a short walk from the town square, the Zocolo. However, the walk is all up hill and very steep, so a taxi may be more your style!

Photographs, like this one, are best taken in the afternoon. However, the 130 foot night dives with torches are spectacular! Don't miss this!

After the day's adventures, it's time for a magnificent dinner! If you think "state-side" authentic Mexican restaurants are great, wait until you taste the "real thing"! Try La Tortuga, just off the Costera, next to the Relax Disco. The chips and guacamole are pictured here! You'll find the Mexican food terrific and the ambiance warm and friendly.
