Mexico City Gay Pride 2006 - Within the 10 best in the world !
17 June 2006 - It's hard to add a splash of color to the vibrancy of Mexico
City, but each year hundreds of thousands of gays and lesbians manage to do so
as Pride celebrates Mexican queer culture. Sellers of gay objects, snow cones,
fruit cocktails, and foor make a killing, as showy flamboyance is something gay
Mexicans have for breakfast.
Around 150,000 parade each year with floats along the beautiful tree-lined Paseo
de la Reforma, ending up in the huge Zocalo (main square) in the center of town
with a rally and a carnival. The event also features cultural and political
events, and with an already diverse gay social scene, Mexico City is the perfect
place to go loco.
Our agency has an office in Los Angeles and Mexico City, we are Gay Mexico
experts and provide travel packages for special events and vacations to Gay
destinations in Mexico.

pride in the gayest cities on earth. Here are the top places to
celebrate gay
pride.

all kinds of activities packed inbetween. Sunday, June 18th - Sunday, June 25th,

Austraila has one of the biggest pride celebrations in the world, the Sydney
Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
Unlike many places, where gay
pride lasts a week or weekend,
Sydney Mardi Gras lasts for 3-4 weeks. It happens each
February. Plan for next year!7)
